These units are used to sterilize knives and other implements and are offered in three different versions: neutral immersion, heated to 83 °C and with UV-A rays.
The heated and UV-A versions are 220V, single-phase powered.Immersion models have a tap to open the drain and a polyethylene grill to position the knives. The UV-A model has a magnetic bar to hold the knives.
