All designed in AISI 304 stainless steel with a particularly sturdy structure, making them suitable for use both in large sausage, cold cut and ham making factories as well as in small, artisanal workshops.
The sausage trolleys have 125 mm rubber wheels with stainless steel supports and are completed with star-shaped stainless steel ribs. The salting table can be fitted with stainless steel shelves and a polyethylene block.
