These are available in thickness of 300 mm or 200 mm and are made of hornbeam treated with natural processes. Furthermore, non-toxic polyethylene blocks suitable for contact with food products are also available. The latter are 80 mm thick and are come in the following colours: white or brick red.
The blocks are fitted on a small AISI 304 scotch-brite satin stainless steel stand, equipped with cylindrical legs with 60 mm legs with an adjustable foot and a lower shelf.
Block covers in white 25 mm thick polyethylene and cleaning brushes are available as accessories.
